  1. Get 2 English Muffins (Thomas’s English Muffins preferred)
  2. Take 1 can Blue Harbor Tuna (no salt added)
  3. You need 1 hard boiled egg (optional)
  4. Take 4 tablespoons chives or green onion chopped
  5. Take 3 Tablespoon Veganaise (or regular Mayo)
  6. Use 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  7. You need 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. Use 4 slices tomato (1 slice per half muffin)
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoons shredded cheese or vegan cheese substitute
  10. Use to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions to make Tuna Delight:
  1. Drain tuna and add to mixing bowl with peeled and chopped egg and seasonings.
  2. Slice muffins in half and lightly toast.
  3. Then add cheese and melt under a broiler or toaster.
  4. Plate the muffin slices and add 1 slice of tomato per sliced muffin.
  5. Add tuna mixture.
  6. Top with chives or green onion
