  2. Cut all the vegetables of your choice.
  3. Now heat a pan and add butter in it
  4. Once butter melt add cumin seeds.
  5. Now add finely chopped onion.
  6. When onion became translucent add ginger garlic paste. Cook well then add vegetables
  7. When vegetables become soft add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and salt and mix well
  8. After that add finely chopped tomatoes and cook it until tomatoes become soft.
  9. Now add boiled potatoes cut it dices.Mix well
  10. Now add cooked rice and lemon juice mix it gently and garnish with coriander leaves.
