The ingredients needed to cook Pav bhaji:
  1. Use 5 tbsp oil
  2. Take 2 potato finely chopped
  3. Prepare 2-3 tomato finely chopped
  4. Get 1 small carrot finely chopped
  5. Use 3-4 onion finely chopped
  6. Use 1/4 cup peas(today i have no peas so i made without peas)
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  8. Prepare 3/4 cup cauliflower chopped
  9. You need 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Get 2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
  12. Get 1 tsp pavbhaji masala( i used everest masala
  13. Get to taste Salt
  14. Use 1 tsp lemon juice
  15. Use 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  16. Use 1 packet pav
  17. Provide as needed Butter for serving pav and bhaji
Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
  1. First take pressor cooker and boil all the veggies on medium flame for 2-3 whistles.
  2. Mash all the boiled veggies.
  3. Heat oil and add onion in it.cook until onion translucent.
  4. Now add tomato and cook for minute.
  5. Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook it.
  6. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder and pav bhaji masala powder.
  7. Stir it and cook for a minute on high flame.
  8. Add little water and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add boiled and mashed vegetables and lemon juice.
  10. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. Taste for the salt at this stage and add more if required. Turn off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Bhaji is ready for serving.
  11. Serve it with butter pav, salad,papad,buttermilk.
