- When onions become light brown then add tomatoes in it And add all masalas and cover it for 5 min on low flame
- Now squeeze the soya chunks granules from water and add in to cooker
- Cook it for five minutes
- Now add rice and mix it very well
- Add water and give one whistle
- Serve hot with fry potatoes or yogurt
- Garnish with coriander leaves and green garlic leaves
