The ingredients needed to cook Spicy popcorn:
- Take 1 cup popcorn
- Prepare 2 tbsp Tapatio hot sauce
- You need 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- You need 1 salt
- Use 1/2 oil
Steps to make Spicy popcorn:
- First add oil to a large pot, add 2 popcorn kernals and cover, turn on heat to high, when the two kernals pop, the oil is ready, add your butter, Tapatio and popcorn to the pot, cover immediatly!! Careful you dont get burned it can splatter! Lift covered pot with hand protection and move in a circular motion try and cover all the kernals with oil and keep popcorn from burning, after its done add salt to taste. My husband made this and now its my new favorite, kids too!!! Its nice and spicy but not too hot! I guess that depends how much Tapatio you dare to add:-)
