  2. Use 3 tsp Honey
  3. Get Greek style Yogurt
  4. Get A few sprigs of thyme, chopped
Instructions to make Honey Roasted Figs:
  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. In a roasting tray, add the Figs cut side facing up.
  3. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of honey over the Figs and then sprinkle the chopped thyme over the Figs
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and place in a bowl then add the yogurt and drizzle the last teaspoon of honey over the Figs and yogurt. You can add more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
