- Take 400 g white flour
- Use 40 g egg

- Place the dough in warm place (40C) for 30 min again. Preheat the oven to 180C.
- After that, the dough should be doubled in size. Brush the dough with egg wash and coat them with sesame seeds.
- Place the dough in the oven at 170C and bake for 15-17min or until golden brown.
- When the bread is done, place them on the wire rack to cool completely.
