  2. Add 01sliced onion, 01 diced tomato and 01 diced potato.
  3. 01chopped carrot, 1/2 cup tofu, 02 green chillies & green coriander leaves. Mix well.
  4. Add spices -salt, chilli powder & turmeric powder. Mix well
  5. Add soaked rice and 1 & 1/2 glass water.
  6. Mix well and close lid. Wait to 01 whistle
  7. Open once pressure is released and serve hot.
