  4. Grease a nonstick pan, pour batter into it, spread evenly. Cover it with a lid at low flame. It will take 2-3 minutes. Open the lid and check. When it's done, remove on a plate.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Let it cool. - - Cut the edges keeping a bowl over it. Place the bottom most layer, spread ice-cream over it and fresh chopped fruits. Repeat with remaining layers.
  6. Deep freeze for 30 mins so that the ice-cream sets.. - Remove from refrigerator, pour chocolate glaze over it (chocolate spread + chocochips + little sugar + hot milk or boiling water). Decorate with sprinkles and cherries 😊
