Instructions to make Egg Fried Rice:
  1. Firstly we make fried rice for that take a pan heat the oil add cumin seeds and green chilli saute for few seconds. Now add onion, capcicum and tomato and saute for a minute on high flame.
  2. Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and peperika powder and mix it well now add cooked rice and salt and mix it and cook it for a minute now switch off the flame and keep aside.
  3. Now it's time to make egg sheet for that take two bowl and separate the egg whites and egg yolk. Add salt in the both bowl and mix well. Now over heat the pan and grease it with oil pour the egg yolk and take out of the flame and leave it for 20-25 seconds. Your egg yolk nicely cooked now cut into a strip and take out alternate strip.
  4. Now again place the pan on low flame and pour the egg whites and cook it well. Once the egg sheet cooked transfer it on the plate and place the fried rice on this egg sheet and carefully roll out this egg sheet. Now place it on serving plate and garnish it as per your choice and serve it.
