- You need 250 grams Strong bread flour
- Get 4 grams Salt
- Provide 40 grams Sugar
- Prepare 3 grams Dried yeast
- Use 80 ml Coffee (something strong, or 1 tablespoon of dissolved instant)
- You need 80 ml Milk
- Use 15 grams Unsalted butter

Instructions to make Cafe Au Lait Bread:
- Put all the ingredients except for the chocolate and the butter in a bowl and knead. Once the dough is formed, add the butter and knead it in.
- Round off the dough and allow to rise to more than twice its original size (1st rising). ※If adding chocolate, break up the chocolate bar into 8 pieces.
- Once the dough has risen to twice its original volume, divide into 8 portions, round off each piece and rest for 20 minutes.

- Once the has risen to twice their size, bake in a preheated oven at 180 ℃ for 13 to 15 minutes.
