The ingredients needed to prepare Chili:
  1. Provide 1 green pepper chopped
  2. Use 1 red pepper chopped
  3. You need 1 onion chopped

  6. Get 2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomato
  7. Provide 1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomato
  8. Take 1 can kidney beans
  9. Provide 1 # Beef Chuck cubed

  11. Take Olive Oil
  12. Provide Salt
  13. Get Pepper
Steps to make Chili:
  1. Using about 1 Tablespoon olive oil, saute veggies in pot adding salt and pepper to taste, on medium heat.
  2. Cook down on medium heat until soft. Add a little more olive oil if needed while cooking and then transfer to separate dish.
  3. Brown Ground beef and strain
  4. Same for Beef Chuck
  5. Everyone goes back in the pot on medium heat with a bit more olive oil. Mix together.
  6. Lower heat and add tomatoes and spice packets. Mix and Simmer for an hour. Mixing occassionally.
  7. Add Kidney Beans and simmer for another hour.
  8. Enjoy! Serve with noodles, fritos, cheese, onion, corn bread, jalepeno…..whatever you like!
