  1. Cook the hamburger until no longer pink. Drain grease.

  5. Pre heat oven to 350
  6. In a pan , add flour and butter. Then add in about 2 cups of milk. Stir this up.
  7. Add in just the velveeta cheese and melt. You can make this as thick as you like. The consistency is your preference.
  8. Add in 1 or half of a taco seasoning package to your cheese mixture . Mix well.
  9. In a casserole dish add your noodles, cheese mixture and hamburger. Mix well.
  10. Taste and make sure that it has enough seasoning. Add salt , pepper and more taco seasoning if necessary.
  11. Place the cubed or thin slices of the other cheese around the dish , middle everywhere. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  12. Take it out of the oven , uncover.
