  2. You need 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. You need 8 slice Bread
  4. Take 1/2 cup Milk
Steps to make Fried Ice Cream (simple):
  1. Place a plate or dish in deep freezer for about 30 minutes
  2. Take out and immediately place 4 scoops of ice cream on it. Put back in the freezer.
  3. In the meantime take 8 slices of bread and cut roundels with a cup.
  4. Spread the bread roundels in a plate and soak them in milk. Place them in a refrigerator (do not freeze them)
  5. After 1 hour take out bread slices and gently squeeze them with palm to remove milk.
  6. Heat a pan and add some sugar while on medium flame till it rurns brown.
  7. Take 1 ice cream scoop from freezer and place it between 2 bread roundel and firmly press with bare hands.
  8. Add to the pan immediately and roll gently to coat with the caramelised sugar.
  9. Serve immediately. Garnish with roasted nuts if preferred
