- Take 300 g All Purpose Flour
- Use 220 g Butter or margarine semi cold
- Get 120 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
Steps to make Condensed Milk Cookies:
- Prepare a baking sheet and heat up the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
- In a large bowl, measure out the flour and butter. Rub them together with your hands until the flour resembles bread crumbs.
- Pour in the condensed milk and mix until a soft dough forms. Transfer to a working surface and knead slightly more.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and using a round cookie cutter, cut out into small pieces. Using a smaller cutter or a bottle top, cut out half of the cookies to resemble donuts.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
