- Fold 1/3 of egg whites into batter, then add remaining folding in 2 more additions. Pour into 2 prepared pans and bake 12 to 19 minutes until a toothpick just comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing from pans to cool completely
- MAKE STRAWBERRY CAKE
- In a bowl whisk together, flour, baling powder and salt
- In a large bowl beat sugar, jello powder and butter until light , beat in eggs one at a time until smooth
- Alternate flour mixture with milk and vanilla stirring just until combined, fold in strawberry puree until uniform in color. Pour into remain in 2 pans. Bake 18 to 25 MI utes u til a toothpick comes out jut clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan the cool completely
