  2. Use Large onion

Instructions to make Fried liver stew:
  1. Remove the membrane off the liver this helps flavour penetrate into the entire liver
  2. Chop your vegetables; hoho onion, pepper and tomatoes. Crush the garlic.
  3. Put the onions in the pot and add some oil, let the onion cook till it turns golden brown. Add the crushed garlic.
  4. Add the liver, add some salt and stir gently, then put a lid and let it boil a while. There will be some broth/soup so put some aside in a bowl for later.
