  2. You need 3 tsp Virgin olive oil

  4. Get 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  5. Take 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
  6. Get 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  7. Take 2 tbsp Marinara sauce

  2. Scoop out middle of zucchini to make it "boat like". Save some of the zucchini insides.

  8. Top with shredded cheese mixture.
  9. Place in oven for 5 more minutes or until cheese topping is melted.
