The ingredients needed to make Muffin:
  1. Take 2 Cups flour
  2. Take 1 tbsp baking powder
  3. You need 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 Cup Sugar(If you have a sweet tooth you should add more😀)
  5. Prepare 1 Cup milk
  6. Get 1 tsp Vanilla flavour
  7. Provide 1 large Egg
  8. Prepare 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Steps to make Muffin:
  1. Add the flour,baking powder, sugar and Salt in large bowl,Stir to Combine.
  2. In another bowl, add the egg, sugar,milk,vanilla and oil.Whisk to Combine
  3. Add the wet Ingredients to the dry Ingredients and Stir until combined.Do not over mix. Note: batter should be lumpy.
  4. Line the baking tray with muffin liners,and then spray with cooking spray(Optional)Fill 3/4 of the muffin Liner.
  5. Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees.Then place your Muffins to bake.Bake for 20 mins.Note:Do not bake @ 400 degrees,otherwise the Muffins would get burnt.You can add any topping of your choice.
