  11. Provide as per taste Salt
  12. You need 25 gms mellted butter
  13. Take 8 pav
  14. Take 1 meddium lemon wedges
  15. You need 2 teaspoon garlick paste
  16. Use 2 tablespoons pav bhaji masala
  17. Prepare 1/4 cup green beans coriander
  18. Take as required green coriander
Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Blanch the peas cauliflowers florets carrots and beans. Alternativ you can also boil them with a little water in the pressure cooker. Drain and mash coarsely. Heat oil in a pan and add three fourth quantity of onion saute till light golden in colour. For a min. Pav is crisp and light brown garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves remaining butter and serve hot with pav accompanied with remaning chopped green chillies to the bhaji to make it spicier. You can also add an extra teaspoon of red chillies powder while cooking bhaji for that extra colour or spice and onion rings butter coriander leaves garnishing. Thank you
