  3. You need 6 tbs Mayonnaise
  4. Provide 2 large chicken breast trimmed and cut in half
  5. Take Choice of spaghetti sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Place parmesan and bread crumbs in to 2 separate bowls.
  3. Smear the chicken breast with the mayo.
  4. Roll the chicken in the parmesan bowl and coat it. Next do the same in the Italian bread crumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken breast in a single layer in an oven safe pan
  6. Cover chicken with the remainder of parmesan and bread crumbs.
  7. Bake for 20 min.
  8. Remove from oven and top with spaghetti sauce. Replace in oven for additional 5 min.
