- Prepare As needed Oil
- Provide 6-7 Brinjal
- Prepare 1/4 cup garlic cloves
- You need 1/8 tsp Asafoetida

- Use 1 onion (finely chopped)
- You need 1 Lemon (cut it into quarter)
- You need 2 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- Cut onion, cauliflower and potatoes into big pieces. Cook it in pressure cooker. Give 5-6 whistles. Once it is cool, mash it
- Chopped finely onion and tomato. Crush the garlic with onion.
- Take a pan add oil. Add jeera, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf
- Add crushed garlic and onion. Cook it on low flame.
- Add tomatoes and cook it on low flame. Add all the masalas and cook till oil starts ozzing out
- Add mashed mixture of potatoes, cauliflower and Brinjal
- Add salt and 1/2 glass water. Mix it well. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, butter and chopped onion.
